Piggy Back
by: GetVeryRich (45/M/Ithaca, NY) 2405 of 2405
In recent times, D&M has made two announcements regarding exclusive use of CXI's SLiM process and now the SOLV process. These two announcements allow CXI to piggy back on D&M contracts, and obtain a steady stream of cash flows besides extending its services internationally. When the ACWA funding is restored, CXI will have additional cash flows that could vastly improve both the top line and bottom line. These contracts and the recent restructuring show that at last CXI is seriously trying to formulate and implement a comprehensive and a converging business strategy. I expect the financial institutions will soon (once again) begin to take notice of CXI and start to invest. For that to happen, CXI stock price should show movement towards at least the $5 mark.
Should these piggy back contracts prove lucrative, D&M may also decide to takeover CXI, as they currently have a $20M cash balance. It appears currently the D&M management is also under intense pressure to show efforts that would improve their stock price.
Go CXI
Nick
