Colleen:How about buying back the 10 million shares and giving that
to Herz in exchange for the company?Getting close to deal IMO.No real
delution,getting Herz and 1.9 million in cash and a co. with a book at
5.00+ per share assets.Very simple and would definitely add to EDII.
Maybe it is so simple people cant see tree because of the forest!!
I think Danny is much smarter that people want to believe.What is good
for Danny is good for shareholders.I always enjoy reading this soap
opera thread.Don't need to watch TV.I don't post often.I just set back and watch my investment in EDII get stronger!! Don

I don't think that was a pledge. I think he is authorized to do so. It of course makes a good announcement, so I think they announced it. Having it authorized lets them pay some big bucks to insiders with large holdings, based on the current share price. I believe this has the effect of not dragging down the price to the seller, as it would not then be disclosed until the next 10-Q.
