Before you rush out and try to short, you might want to check the details of INTC's CAPEX reduction.

Clue 1: There's a 1 time item in the number from which they're reducing their CAPEX.

Clue 2: Not all CAPEX is earmarked to Equipment. You might want to check what INTC actually said about equipment expenditures.

In any case, it's your money. You choose how much, or how little, information you need before placing it at risk.
