We had roughly a 5.5% correction from market top to intraday low in four days before Friday's monster rally. Whether any of this was option expiration related remains to be seen. Nonetheless, this was by far and away the best market showing we have seen in some time as momentum was outstanding, breadth was fantastic and the A/D Index finally showed strength finishing around 3-1 advances over decliners. We need more of the same this week and good follow-through for us to get back to the recent highs and potentially virgin territory. THE QUALITY OF THIS NEXT RALLY TRY MUST CONTINUE TO HAVE 3-1 A/D OR BETTER FOR THIS BULL TO BROADEN OUT. Another V-type bottom??? JT
