Only real gripe I have is about LU. Boy, did they pay up for Ascend. But I guess by the year 2000 it will look great. Let's hope doomsday will not have arrived by then due to the Y2K problems. gg.

2)The FED will have to pump more money to help the world economies
3) The FED will not be able to raise interest rates ( possibly have to lower them at home )

Expect to hear more "irrational exuberance" speeches in an attempt to talk the markets down, though.
