This is where I disagree with a number of people. I believe AG will cut and cut hard if he deems it appropriate. And he will continue with this bias until he sees inflation at the consumer level or can no longer sucker the foreign govts into buying our debt or devaluation of the US dollar forces his hand. imo... Think about it, as long as we expand the money supply by double digit rates and foreign entities buy our debt and our content with low to mid single digit returns, whats to stop the fed. (imho of course)
Todays "safe haven status of the dollar" is a perfect example of this
as the rate we pay on our long term debt has dropped over .1% even though I would consider us closely aligned to the crisis center (brazil)
