Dear Top Fuel: I have a data service, AT Financial. When a stock symbol is underlined that means news is out somewhere. I am looking at the symbol TSIG right now and it is underlined. That means that TSIG was mentioned somewhere on some new link. As I mentioned I can't find it, but am am looking at the underline. I am 100% sure that I am looking at an underlined symbol. But if that information annoys you I will keep it to myself. I am not in the business of spreading anything and resent the suggestion.
