Even tho he bought 9%+ shares on open market it was 25% of the float which definitely gives him a presence to be heard by HERZ. I really puzzle at this statement. Looking at HERZ decline, anyone with money and interest would have standing in their Boardroom. Buying up a percentage of the float gives them no special leverage unless they are looking to take a hostile run at a takeover. But with the Insiders in such firm control, this is a date that won't be kissed unless she wants to be.
