CFO is quitting with Zitel in dire need of cash. I always looked upon Larry B.Schlenoff,(the CFO), as the man the vulture investors put on site. While The vulture investors were lending Zitel money, they wanted their guy on site, to watch their money, making sure their money was safe. Now with Larry quitting, it is a clear indication that Zitel is having difficult getting new financing. With no new financing in place by this late date. The chances of obtaining new financing now is great diminished. sure is a nice day michael
