Dear Dennis: I am hopeful that after the "Panic" subsides people real realize that quality companies are now at BARGAIN prices and we end up closing even or so. So long as Brazil does not represent a significant market to a company, and if that company is cash strong needing no credit from our foolish banks who probably lent plenty to this BANANNA republic then we should be able to ride this out. Hardly! That's a chance to get cheap stock. Be a contrarian!! It's already come back half of that....

PS: Look at the size on the bid for EMC. 30K shares bidding at 87 3/4...Mutual funds are having a field day with this!!

Option writers should be going bonkers with the premiums on these puts for stocks of quality like EMC. People are selling the 90 puts for big dough. I still say a close over 90.

JMHO, this is not investment advice.

I tried to sell an 85 put but couldn't get the damn symbol up on the screen. I bought and sold YHOO for 40 points.
