Article in this weeks Economist Magazine on Bolivian Mining.

Last night I read an article on Bolivian TIN Mining and it mentioned something like the entire mining sector in Bolivia was basically on hold until the privatization date which the article did not give. I can give the page number and title of the article but I cannot post it because I do not have a scanner. It may be up on their website though. I will check and post a link or address.

Anyway, my theory is that suppose TT and the gang really are just stalling for something before we get the show on the road. Perhaps this is that something. GE not only wants what is right for them and us, but also the people of Bolivia. With Privatization underway, could be the right point to hold out for.

Just my thoughts
