Annette, we should not be bailing out any of these foreign governments living extravagantly on foreign loans and wasting all this money in ill conceived projects. this has been going on for years and US Gov. has consistently bailed them out ( including our spendthrift Banks). They are all addicted to credit cards.I say take the credit card away and let these folks wake up to a reality daily balanced budget.Then you teach em not to inflate their currency by printing money and hopefully they can move into the 20th century, Brazil Bovespa seems to be recovering.
