Parnell,
seems to be that others accused him of posting misleading info on other stocks and thus he was expelled. Even if the allegations were true I still bother him because he always was straightforward to us PAMC watchers. However this needn't be the case, just look what a company like ITEX did. They were unable to file the 10Q and 10K - were subsequently delisted from Nasdaq but still found the "guts" to engage litigation against an online poster who seemed to have pointed out those weaknesses. Seems that posters & investors ALSO DO NEED A PROTECTION AGAINST FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS not only the companies. Companies got them - which I think is just and fair - becuase old law status was a joke IMHO - the PSL reform was a major success in this area. But posters & investors need the same. One suit with just enough big a sum of "claims" and you can shut up forever....
