Swedelo, What will be interesting is the "open market" effect on the payouts. In other words, players will learn about payouts from different sites and the casinos will be under increasing pressure to offer similar payouts so as to not lose patrons. It will be very much like how you can find out who is offering what interest rates on credit cards. It is easier and easier to comparison shop.

Once there is a general belief that the on line sites do make honest payouts, then the overall on-line gaming volume will likely go up. But as for the individual casinos, there will be a equalizing effect on percentage payouts forcing them to be more and more creative with the type of games the the "perks" offered for visiting the site.
