Good Day! Lance,

A thought came to mind after I read to-day's news release from TNRG---in my view it was apparent that Mr. Tilton wanted to draw the attention of the audited 1996 financials, the audited 1997 financials, and the unuadited financials for the first 10 months of 1999---to the investment community! JMO!

In my view even though at some point in time yesterday various thread posters started to realize that the TNRG Site had been updated to include the Financial information of the shopping mall--yet to-day Mr. Tilton still made the decision to make the announcement.

My thought or opinion on this is that it is a very positive signal coming from Mr. Tilton--WHY? Because although I am not an accountant nor do I claim to be knowledgable in that area---Mr. Tilton must feel very confident that the financials are showing a positive picture--or why else would he feel the need to make an announcement about it inviting people to come to the TNRG Site and view the financials and come to their own decisions and to do what is right for them. JMO!

Lance! Also you have definitely still got my attention when you posted that T.A.P. posted that the news was just the tip of the iceberg-and T.A.P. does expect more news next week .

Can you give us an idea of what you meant by the tip of the iceberg? and an idea of when the TNRG 1999 business plan may be issued via a press release or on the TNRG Site?

I know it appears that we have many questions---we're just looking for answers. ( I imagine that I should clarify that comment--some of us are looking for answers!) JMO!

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
