OK maybe we can be optimistic...
Elio.. I looked over some of your level II posts and found that WIEN has historically been mostly on the bid, maybe they have built up a few shares and want to be sure that they are in on the upcoming action. Notice that they are now on both the bid and ask.
Bid and Ask of 100/100 is certainly a sign of something, let's hope something good.
