Mr. Shuh, thank you for repeating my posts that show I'm right again. Sometimes I wonder exactly what you're trying to challenge here.

School prayer is popular by polls, but ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Same with flag burning and banning pornography. Impeachment is a constitutional duty, but opposed by the polls in Clinton's case.

So what exactly is your point? And how have I misinterpreted the constitution?
