That was a most impressive almost 100 point rally in the Nasdaq so far, are the dip buyers geniuses or is this a serious sign of
big time of complacency?

The US investing public did not really perceive how tricky the macro
economic situation was becoming in July and Aug. of 1998.

Brazil can very possibly be a BIG Problem in Coming weeks.
