Hi. Just can't figure out what's going on here. The run up we have seen seemed so strong one would have to conclude that something was afoot. After hearing Karen's comments however, I'm worried. I met Karen in person last year at AXC and had a long talk with her. She did seem to have a good feel for what was going on. I did not get the impression that she was at all out of touch with what Ed might be up to. Nor did I get the feeling that she would be needlessly evasive. If there was anything positive imminent at least she would have given an indication of where to look. My feeling after that meeting was that Bramson must have a well conceived long term plan. I keep wondering if the AXC team has what it takes to make it in this fast paced technology environment. Could it be that AXC, with a long "history of innovation" lacks the dynamism in it's management team to carry out winning strategies in 1999? Raising 70 Million without a damn good idea of just what you're going to do with it bothers me. Maybe selling $ 150K machines to the D.O.D. is where AXC belongs?

Bags packed or not it's time to get this train moving. AXC's been sitting on the right track for too long.
