The trouble is that the feeling is that if Brazil goes, then all the rest of central/south america will follow it down. That means every country is ready to dump. The IMF does not have that kind of money, and it would be just like throwing money away, anyway, like in Russia.
I think a bigger issue is just where is all this "liquid capital" coming from? How long can the FED control the markets?

We are in a trading mania here in the US. Nothing wrong with that, but when the music stops we all better have a chair...The hubris that exists here in the US, in that we are immune from the rest of the world, is insane. It's not a question of if, but when.

No idea at all where we will end up today, in a week, month. Heck, I never thought I'd se a decent size long trade in GNET @75 again!
