Is it deadly in a down market? You betcha. Will there ever be another down market? Probably not.

Michael, this could be less than optimal in a down market for MSFT. Deadly? I hardly think so. The dilution we are talking about with MSFT's float can't be much. Maybe a few pennies.

But I don't think MSFT cares a lick about the market. They only sells these things when they "know" good times are ahead. Like always <G>

At least you have to hope that these folks who gamble with other people's money don't ever kill their suckers, er, shareholders in a
collapse.


I'm one of those suckers that Bill an company has made a lot of money for. If there is one company on the planet that is shareholder aware, its MSFT. Closely followed by Dell I might add.
