I know CNKT fairly well, they were a crappy company at the IPO and they just got crappier. They did some floorless converts some time ago.The company is terribly run, and the products are inferior to say, a BVSN product. Connect is a dead company, IMO.

Plus, they have had an ibm "relationship" for some time, if I recall correctly, and remember that IBM, as the joke goes, has more "partners" than employees!

On the fundamentals I think its a great short. Also, I have notice some of the idiot's posts on Yahoo about how CNKT has only 2.4m shares out...that is complete BS...share count is over 11m (and climbing).

good luck!

Shorted CNKT before the close. Does anyone realize that there is NO financial term disclosed with the news on IBM? Also, their revenue is around 7 Million. Their market cap? 100+ million. What's wrong with this picture?
