We put in an offer for marketwatch through WIT capital, placed orders for 500 shares at 14 and 500 shares at 18, placed it right after they posted the info on their web site. Hoping for more than 100 shares!

In terms of raising the offering range of MKTW today, DLJP and SBSH are in entire agreement with the lead underwriter, BTAB. Nearly in all cases, the lead underwriter never does this unilaterally, always securing the agreement with the assisting UWs first.
