1/13/99 Merrill Lynch reiterated 2-1 rating on LU. Also, Lucent Tech Inc. Raised to 'Strong Buy' at Morgan Stanley DW Jan. 13 (Bloomberg Data) -- Lucent Technologies Inc. (LU US) was raised to ''strong buy'' from ''outperform'' by analyst Alkesh Shah at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. The price target is $130.00 per share. Jan. 13 (Bloomberg Data) -- Lucent Technologies Inc. (LU US) was reiterated ''strong buy'' by analyst Luke T. Szymczak at Prudential Securities. The 12-month target price is $124.00 per share. Jan. 13 (Bloomberg Data) -- Lucent Technologies Inc. (LU US) was maintained ''buy'' by analyst Walter Piecyk at PaineWebber Inc. The 12-month target price is $145.00 per share.
