CHICAGO, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Shares of ViaGrafix Corp. (Nasdaq:VIAX - news) rallied sharply Wednesday after the company said it signed an agreement to market its computer training products through America Online Inc. (NYSE:AOL - news), the world's largest online service.

Pryor, Oklahoma-based ViaGrafix, which provides technology-based information technology training and graphics software products, rose 6-1/4 points, or about 109 percent, to 12, in morning trade on Nasdaq.

Mike Webster, ViaGrafix president and chief executive officer, said the AOL deal will give the company more access to the Internet electronic commerce market.

ViaGrafix said in a statement that AOL recently completed a successful market test of ViaGrafix Office 97 training and has received an opening order for the product.
