MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIF. (Jan. 13) BUSINESS WIRE -Jan. 13, 1999--NetUSA
Inc. (OTC BB: NTSA) announced today that it has reached agreement with
six software companies to distribute their software on NetUSA's

The companies that joined SoftwareCenter are Fun Productions, whose
screen savers poke good fun at corporate life; Centron Software, who

Modeling, whose product AccessToVB allows easy and accurate conversions
for Microsoft Access macros and Visual Basic programs; Sumeria, which

more business for us."
