Bob, A thinking, living, direct-air breathing human (such as a woman) has rights. A fetus does not. It is up to science to define when human life begins. Since it has so far failed to do so, it is in the hands of the courts. Until an exact definition can be applied as to when human life has rights this controversy will never end. But as of this moment, with the lack of an exact definition, the human adult woman's rights must be protected because it is her body. FT
