The only time a reverse split is good is if you know you are going to make profit and you want the earnings per share to look great.

I think Mr. President, just got tired of the small investors telling him that he is an ass, so he reduced their shares done to some quantity that is difficult to trade. I think he is happy. After all, he still gets his big pay check no matter how low the stock price does.
