Hi Bruce, Looks like there must be a full moon around the way the market's acting. Bought "south of ze border" today while selling shares of ASND, CGNX, and ADCT. Picked up some Mexico Fund at $9-1/4, some ICA at $3-5/8 and added to energy holding SFR at $6.

Best regards, Tom

Hi Bruce. I don't have any cellar dwellers at this point,
<<As you said, those stocks in the Hansen Cellar which have accumulated all those cheap shares may soon turn into big winners.>> but I just started another AIM account, a South American Bank, symbol BFR, Banco Frances. South American companies, (and banks) took a big hit today, and as a result, I've already added to my holdings. Just two days after my initial purchase. These are the stocks I've done the best in, ie., those that have come way down and shares accumulated, and then start to outperform. Takes patience and some dry powder, as Tom likes to say!

Sincerely,
RFH
