CIEN...just got off the phone with a old friend of mine from college who is a project developer at Ciena, and he wouldn't go into anything specific about being takenover but he did say that he was told on MOnday not to start on any new projects until further notified. Him and his fellow co-workers are taking this as a sign that they are close to being bought out! Take this for what its worth but i am buying some. Good Luck all.
