One Flaw. CNKT and BVSN aren't competitors. CNKT is a services and horizontal value add company. BVSN is a platform and vertical value add company BVSN and OMKT may be competitors, but NOT CNKT.

Would the fact that Intel is looking at CNKT as a means of replacing Ingram and TechData and reduce costs further be a part of that DD you're talking about?
