Hi Micahel: In the midst of the "Asian contagion" thinking was (and rightfully so) that the fed would not raise interest rates here as it would have a negative global impact. In the last few days, because of the strong employment and PPI reports, some have begun to worry that the fed may reverse bias and tighten. Do the problems in Brazil and possibly others in South America now eliminate that possibility?
