Yes, that's not incompatible with what I said. I posted at the time of the financing that these were notes with relatively few restrictive convenants, meaning Ampex has the freedom to do as it sees fit with the loan money.

However, to get the money on that basis means presenting a fairly detailed, comprehensive vision (for want of a better word) of what they expected to be able to accomplish. Also, remember they convinced the preferred holders to take a sizeable haircut in doing that exchange. The bankers involved don't do that without information to act upon.
