PHV: I was looking for an opportunity on this stock, but bailed because they halted it for too long IMO. I will keep it on the ticker, and have to do a little DD to find out exactly what shareholders will get out of this deal. If it is trading below that value, because of today's market condition, I may buy. I am watching nonetheless. Notice the spread on the MSE 10 BID 50 ASK. It's a ridiculous spread, and someone probably had a long time bid at that price.

There is a possibility that Mr. Icahn will not accept the deal, which would add more uncertainty. Watching and waiting.

Regards, Wisam

Gypsy - you a Vulture too - I have had fairly good success preying on the sick and wounded. PHV is definetly that nd it looks like it will be trading for a while with the whole bankruptcy thing sort of looking better even though the current shareholders retail only 10% of the company.

I saw one trade on the offer but the rest are on the bid.

It appears as though PHV was a missed opportunity for a 15 cent gain or so. Hope you got in. Trading nicely now.<eom>
