Hank,

A lot people believe selling naked calls is more dangerous than just shorting the stock. I am not in that camp because of the very reason you stated. One does need to be careful about how much leverage to use with those things though.

I never though in my life I'd be looking at stocks priced in the hundreds of dollars and options trading with the premiums they get in the inut sector.
