Intel or MSFT has put 11 monitors on one system. But you only have 4 pci slots and 1 agp slot...I can't see the need for more than three. The only reason you would need to have 2 SE programs running at once would be to use more than one layout...on your 2nd monitor say you want a layout w/ all T&S windows for example. You can not drag the windows out of the SE browser onto your second monitor, but I am able to do that with tradewind charts...I can drag them back and forth or have on both at the same time...you can have multiple browsers or programs running on both monitors.... I can't tell you about networking 2 computers....I tried it once this is easier.
