Winners All Announces Field System Demonstration and New Product Development by its Urecoats' Subsidiary
POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 1999--Winners All International Inc. (''company'') announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Urecoats International Inc. (''Urecoats''), has concluded development of the first generation field spray application system (''First Generation System'').

Delivery of an improved spray gun is expected as early as the end of this week from Gusmer-Admiral Inc., the internationally known equipment manufacturer utilized by Urecoats.

Urecoats will be conducting demonstrations, using the First Generation System, for application of its Roofing Product on various types of rooftops, Friday (1/15/99) and Saturday (1/16/99) of this week. Advanced Roofing Inc., a major Florida based roofing company, which has already been utilizing spray technologies for urethane foam applications, is making its company's resources available, preparing rooftop subjects and offering experienced personnel, for the demonstrations. The company is expecting a large audience at the demonstrations, including members of the board, shareholders, investors, brokers, principals of major roofing companies, roofers, consultants from Mexico, other interested parties, and Urecoats' Customer in Mexico, IPSEAL DE MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. (''Ipseal'').

These demonstrations shall provide the key test for initiation of delivery under the Ipseal purchase order for 500,000 gallons of Urecoats' Roofing Product. The purchase order, in the amount of $10 million, provides payment terms that include a 50% deposit prior to each month's shipment amount, with the remaining balance within 30 days.

New product development includes a pavement sealant and coating formula, incorporating recycled material in its composition, for application on driveways, parking lots and shopping centers (Pavement Product''). In addition to the support of our existing specialists, Urecoats has retained a second chemist, Dr. P. (Uma) Umarani, Ph.D., who will be primarily responsible for research and development of the new Pavement Product formula. In conjunction with the foregoing, Urecoats has received a financial commitment, from one of its recently appointed members of the board, Richard J. Kurtz, for the funding of the new Pavement Product plans.
