Sean,

It is really more of a hypothesis than a theory. It just looks like someone wants to plow this stock into the dirt.

Why they would want to do this is the question. Either there is something in the equation we don't know or is an untruth, or someone has a very interesting reason to shake people out.

And usually, like we've seen today, when weak sisters are shaken out, the mmkrs then pop it right back up in order to make a quick buck on all of the cheap shares they just bought.

The only other hypothesis that I have, and I obviously can't substantiate it, is that someone is majorly short and desperate to shake some folks out in order to cover.

But I would have thought that was all the decline in December was about. Usually in January, after tax loss selling is finished, we see a beaten up stock rebound as everyone goes long.

Oh well... It will be interesting to see those filing when they show up.

And I don't have a lot of exposure to this stock. It's mainly a small speculative position (10,000 shares) for some spending cash or a vacation later on this year.

Regards,

Ron
