General question--from looking at alot of charts and trying to understand low poles and high poles--it appears to me that a stock that forms a low pole and has a very very good chance of going much higher---on the other hand i can't seem to get a hold on a high pole---what am i missing???--does it have to do with the market--bullish?--
this seems to confirm my believe that it is much easier to figure out stocks going up but much much harder trying to find stocks that will turn down--based on pnf--

anybody that can help me on this -i would be very grateful

thanks
