ASND was racing up because of a $20B deal. Smart money is moving out
of ASND and going into other networkers (i.e. CIEN, XYLN,...).
Why hang around when the stock price is capped?

But who's going to buy PAIR? I can't think of anyone except maybe ADCT? But then again, why spend money on copper when you can spend it on coaxial?
