I presume the WCII conference is still on for this morning. Steve, will we be getting our usual live updates. I can't begin to tell you how much this helps. I own STRX which is currently developing a German market for their long distance services. From what I can tell, that market, as well as other European markets are wide open for the likes of WCII. From what I have read all their services are hard fiber in a previously regulated and state owned position.
