The deal is not done yet, and this is a double witching Friday coming up. A lot of positions will be unloaded before then, and a lot of people will take the profits out of ASND. We should see better prices next week.

Something about the arbs keeping it lower because thee is time till the deal is done and maybe they think it can fall apart.

why isnt Asnd selling at $85 when LU is at 103? The difference may reflect the interest on your money till the deal is closed.
