The NBase switch went in without a hitch. The service guys installed it in the middle of the day, on a live network. Since then, I have had trouble with the management software, but I have not been in the office long enough in the last several months, to work on it. The only difference between the 5000HD with 20port 10/100 cards, is that the cards are not autosensing duplex. You have to manually set full duplex on the 100MB ports, if your workstations can handle FDX. Otherwise, it is a great deal! It's still a lot less expensive than Bay or Cisco. jack
