things to consider:
1-teltek already has contracts to deliver services into China. By signing a contract with teltek, DGIV has associated itself with an established company with connections of its own in China and the rest of Asia. Combining the connections of teltek with those already developed by Jimmy Chin, this association between the two companies will be VREY fruitful.

2-Besides China, teltek has established presence in other Asian countries (taiwan, Philippines and Korea-as mentioned in the news release). If DGIV has signed a deal with Teltek in China, isn't it also likely more deals involving other Asian countries are coming?

3-As a young company, the more contracts DGIV signs, the more associations it has with established companies (NMSS, Teltek), the more CREDIBILITY it will get and the more favorable financing DGIV will get to grow and expand, with an ultimate increase in the share price.

This contract is another milestone in the development of DGIV. We are on our way :)))))
