Seeking a partner>yes. Will one be hard to find? Doubt it. I am sure Castello wont give this one away either. I kinda think its going to provide us with cash. But then again it depends on how the bpi21 clinicals turn out. So either mycoprex is affected by bpi21 or vice versa. One strengthens (or weakens) the other. Either we get dealt a great hand or a crummy one. Iprex is out there too. As is hu1124. As are other peptides and such. Would be great to get the ball rolling. One would affect all the others.
>>Yes I think mycoprex itself shows the top notch management team we have. Xoma "could have" rushed a earlier 96 or 97 or even 98
version into clinicals PREMATURELY just to LOOK GOOD. Intsead
they bidded their time to get a much improved potentially ORAL compound. So instead of rushing into the clinic a less than optimal compound we instead has a optimized version with a (IMO) greatly improved chance or both clinical and commercial success. Great job
xoma team. A >No BS attitude. No hype just action. In the longterm
actions WILL speak louder than words. Does that guarantee success? No. Am I confident in bpi, yes. I am highly confident bpi
will find use only questions are which versions and how to use them.
I really hope bpi21 is good enough to work in meningococcemia.
One thing I find very reassuring is all those bpi patents we own. Aint too much question who owns it if it works.
All IMO, All disclaimers apply. Do your own research.

In any case bpi is not designed as a cascade modulator, it just happens to do that as a consequence. r-Lbp will kick their ass.
All IMO
