Awarded Additional Work At European Project Sites SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 15, 1999--Daw Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:DAWK - news), has been awarded additional contract works valued at approximately $1 million with a large North American microelectronics manufacturing company constructing a new fabrication facility in the European Region. This contract amount represents additional, on-going work within an 80,000 square foot, Class 1 facility. Daw Technologies' crews have been working on-site at this facility for more than one year. ''The European Region continues to offer opportunities for cleanroom business development,'' stated Steven R. Burt, senior vice president of field operations. ''We have been successful in focusing our field crews worldwide on development of cleanroom solutions for customers who may not currently be starting new, major production facilities, but who still need renovation, alteration and retrofit assistance.
