I am referring to the cease and desist of the the partisan attacks. Clinton called for it himself. Now, it is time to back up his words with actions or be labeled as one who pretends to be what he is not. Did he or did he not call for an end to destructive partisan politics. Did he or did he not call for an end to the digging and broadcasting of dirt from BOTH sides? Since Flynt has said that what he is doing is to protect Bill Clinton, doesn't Clinton have the ability to call off Larry Flynt?

Come on now. Let's stick to this subject (Clintons calling off the partisan attacks.) We can debate the other later. Although I have already said that the GOP moralizers ARE being hypocritical.
The only thing you have to distinguish between is "Does Clinton say one thing and do another". (Remember this is about ending partisan dirt digging and bashing).
