Charles,

the website(etrade) has been a bit slow lately, they charge .27 cents a minute for the phone quotes and those are 15 minutes delayed so that's BS but they are definitely better than Ameritrade overall.
Etrade is more expensive too. I tell you my next place to try is Datek and I hear good things from Brown's customers.

suggest you look at e-trade thread...look at amtd thread to learn not to invest with them
