Hope may breed eternal, but I'll be surprised on that one. It would be nice, though, to see cost reductions sufficient to produce some black on the bottom line. Problem is, we've had false hopes all too often.
Thanks for the report. If anyone else has something to add on the conditions in the company or in the trade lets hear it.

Because I work in the pulp and paper industry I am kind
of surprised at this 100 dollar per ton downturn in coated
paper.Prices are down slightly but no where near that.
In any case Repap hedged their sales forward last year
so I would expect price fluctuations to have little effect
on the bottom line. The biggest problem lately is Geo. Petty
throwing a wrench in the works with a threatened lawsuit.
Too bad when you consider he ruined this company in the first
place and got paid a fortune to do it.
