You have a good memory. Tribune intially sold half their position at $17 about a year or two ago. It involved the sale of about 1.2 million shares at the time. Tribune did pay pennies for the stock. Gene Quinn who handled the investment for Tribune has subsequenty left them and has been a Checkfree Board member for the last several years.

It is my belief that Tribune has subsequently sold most,if not all, of their Checkfree Stock and may no longer have an investment in the company.
